A Workshop with Susan Kilborn

Create Valentine cards using the popular Victorian paper craft techniques of teabag folding, iris folding, and paper piercing. Enjoy creating artful cards and experience the traditional sentiment of giving a card as a gift. You will also learn how these techniques can be varied to make cards for other holidays and special occasions. Instructor Susan Kilborn holds a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University and has been on the faculty of several universities. Her creative designs and gentle instruction have gained the appreciation of young people and adults alike. This workshop is recommended for ages 12 and up. Paper selections may vary according to availability.
