JANET E. WELLER, C.S.D.

A member of Mary Baker Eddy's Christian Science Primary class in 1884, Janette Weller, of Littleton, New Hampshire, studied with Mrs. Eddy again three years later. In 1889, shortly after her name appeared as a practitioner in The Christian Science Journal, she attended a Christian Science Normal class taught by E. J. Foster Eddy at the Massachusetts Metaphysical College. In 1891, Mrs. Weller lived and worked in Spokane, Washington, for about two years. Soon after Mrs. Weller's return to New Hampshire in 1893, Mrs. Eddy asked Mrs. Weller to join her in Boston and, for a short period in 1896, to join her household in at Pleasant View in Concord, New Hampshire. Mrs. Weller provided a variety of services to Mrs. Eddy and served the Cause of Christian Science through her healing work for many years.
