Mrs. Eddy wrote in the Christian Science Sentinel of August 27, 1904, "I recommend to Christian Scientists and to all lovers of truth, to read a little book - 'On the Way There' - by Katherine M. Yates. It is scientific, simple. It is an object lesson for each one of us to learn the meaning of this saying of our Master: 'Be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves.'"
