This product is for owners of The Ark 1.0 who would like to upgrade to version 2.0. If you do not own The Ark 1.0, you can purchase the full version of The Ark 2.0.

To upgrade from The Ark 1.0 to The Ark 2.0, you need your Version 1.0 flash drive and your Version 1.0 License Key which can be found on the front inside cover of your User Guide. Verify you previously purchased The Ark 1.0 from Longyear. If not, contact the distributor from whom you purchased The Ark 1.0 to upgrade.

The process involves the following steps:

1. Purchase your upgrade online, or by calling 800.277.8943, ext. 100. Have your Version 1.0 License Key available.
2. Fill out this form electronically or by hand. Print and mail it along with your flash drive to Longyear using the mailing label at the end of the form.
3. Your flash drive will be labeled, re-burned with Version 2.0, and sent back to you in a new software box which will include your new Version 2.0 User Guide, Quick Start Guide, and License Key.

Upgrades will take approximately 4 weeks. You can contact Ark Support by calling 800.277.8943, ext. 444, for a temporary password for accessing The Ark 2.0 online.
