Advancing Longyear's Mission for Generations to Come

Nearly a century ago, Mary Beecher Longyear established her foundation to preserve the record of the life and work of Mary Baker Eddy and the early Christian Science movement. Your enduring support will enable us to offer future generations what you so profoundly value about Longyear today.

A Mutual Blessing

Planned gifts are a mutual blessing; they help to sustain Longyear’s progress as well as your near-term financial and estate-planning goals. Depending on the gift vehicle you choose, your donation could yield a tax deduction and provide an income stream to you or to designated family members or heirs. There are many planned giving options, including bequests, charitable gift annuities, and charitable remainder or lead trusts. Just as with annual gifts to Longyear, planned giving may be funded with various assets such as cash, securities, or real estate.

Learn More

We encourage you to consult with your financial, legal, and tax advisors as you consider donation opportunities. Please call Longyear’s Development staff to discuss which giving vehicles might best complement your goals. Thank you for considering including Longyear Foundation in your estate plans so that we may continue sharing Mary Baker Eddy’s story with generations to come.
