“This is so much more than a house tour!”

“I’ve never had a tour linger with me as long as this one has. The inspiration is still with me more than a week later.”

“I have so much more appreciation for Mary Baker Eddy.”

“I felt so well taken care of on the tour.”

“Just completely awesome!”

These are some of the comments we received after the 2022 tours of Mary Baker Eddy’s New England. These four-day bus trips trace Mrs. Eddy’s experience from her birthplace in Bow, New Hampshire, to her final residence in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. At the heart of the trip are Longyear’s eight Mary Baker Eddy Historic Houses, but the tour also includes special programs at Longyear Museum and stops at other historic sites related to Mrs. Eddy’s life and work. Throughout the trip, participants read Retrospection and Introspection, Mrs. Eddy’s own account of her history, and often find new and fresh insights in this slim book.

Longyear will again offer two tours in 2023: a spring tour, June 7–10, and a fall tour, Sept. 28–Oct. 1. More information and registration form are available here. Early registration is encouraged. (The spring tour currently has open spots. The September tour is full, but we are still accepting wait-list registrations for that trip.)
