On January 26, 1908, Mary Baker Eddy left Pleasant View, her beloved home in Concord, New Hampshire, and moved to 400 Beacon Street in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. It was a significant change for the Leader of the Christian Science movement, and made headlines in newspapers the following day.
